Essentials Overview

Although Watershape University currently offers over 175 different programs, only some of them are considered essential for the purpose of certifications. These programs include the prefix “Essential” and they are listed below.

Another common term used as a suffix in our program titles is “Workshop” which indicates that the class is more than just a lecture — students “learn by doing” with hands-on practical application. This could be drawing with a pencil or using a laptop to complete drawings or calculations for fluid mechanics analysis. A workshop could also include the manual use of tools to solvent-weld a pipe per Weld-On standards or troubleshooting a heater using a multimeter.
