You’ll gain a clear understanding of how core principles drive smarter construction decisions—helping you deliver higher-quality work, avoid costly mistakes, and stand out as a trusted professional.

Examine workmanship standards needed for both code compliance and creating durable and serviceable structures and systems over time.

Examine artisan points: tile and coping, decking, plaster preparations, cementitious finishes, materials science.

Discuss the fine points of running a pool construction project in terms of documentation, insurance, plan submittals, permitting, and coordination with the multiple trades involved in each project.
