Amazing instructors and knowledge that I'm just absorbing. There's so much new knowledge out there that [the industry] hasn't taken advantage of.
There are a lot of things [this class] enlightened me on. If you're able to speak intelligibly on the process of pool construction and doing things right, [homeowners] are going to build more trust with you... and hire you as their builder. The instructors have been very knowledgeable about their subject matter... [their presentations] have pictures, videos, demonstrations of proper techniques.
We sent guys [to the 2-day class] and it probably shaved 5 years off training for new employees. Really gave them the repetition and skills to increase our product as a whole. WU has all the right guys... to answer the questions you have, the open-communication policy, and pushing our industry forward so we're not in the dark.... Jon Temple showed me a different way of managing and teaching my team to increase results and quality overall.

This course has been essential for me, especially with larger vessels I'm working on. [I'm learning about] the amount of flow, equipment setup, size of piping. The investment - Dave is absolutely phenomenal in laying things out in such a simple way... for [people] who don't come from the industry! Learning from the people who do it right... has catapulted by career into places I'd never thought it'd be!
